Gingerbread Syrup

GLASSWARE

12 oz. Double Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Japanese whisky
½ oz. Monin Gingerbread Syrup
2 dashes Angostura® Bitters

METHOD

Pour ingredients into mixing glass with ice in order listed. Stir vigorously to chill and strain into an ice-filled serving glass. Garnish with a cherry, orange zest, and a gingerbread cookie, then serve.

8 oz. Coupe

INGREDIENTS

½ oz. Monin Gingerbread Syrup
½ oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. cranberry juice
2 oz. ginger ale

METHOD

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except ginger ale. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with ginger ale, garnish with a mint sprig, and serve.
