Cranberry Syrup

GLASSWARE

8 oz. Coupe

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ oz. premium gin
¾ oz.Monin Cranberry Syrup
¾ oz. fresh lime juice

METHOD

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel and serve.

16 oz. Pint Glass

INGREDIENTS

1 oz. Monin Cranberry Syrup
3 sage leaves
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
¼ oz. apple cider vinegar
3 oz. club soda

METHOD

Place ingredients into bottom of serving glass and muddle, except club soda. Fill serving glass with ice and add club soda. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix. Garnish with cranberries and a lemon wheel, and serve.
