Yuzu Matcha Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) containers mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup Monin Monin Yuzu Purée
- 1 cup heavy cream - whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 cup brewed matcha tea - chilled
- 1/3 cup Monin Monin Yuzu Purée
- 1/3 cup Japanese Whiskey
- 60 ladyfingers
- Matcha powder - as needed
- Powdered sugar - as needed

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, gently mix the mascarpone cheese and yuzu purée together until well combined.
- Fold the whipped heavy cream into the cheese mixture in batches until fully incorporated.
- Cover the mixture and place in the refrigerator to chill until use.
- Place the matcha, yuzu purée, and whiskey into a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
- Briefly submerge the ladyfingers, one by one, into the matcha mixture until soaked but not soggy and immediately place them in a single layer on the bottom of a glass 8” x 8 1/2” baking pan.
- Evenly spread 1/3 of the mascarpone cheese mixture over the first layer of soaked ladyfingers.
- Repeat with the remaining cookies and cheese until the tiramisu is three layers high.
- Sprinkle the top of the tiramisu with a light layer of matcha powder and powdered sugar.
- Cover and place into the fridge allowing to chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
