White Peach Balsamic Viniagrette

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Monin Monin White Peach Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup canola or grapeseed oil

Glass Size: 16.0.

Instructions

      1. In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together.
      2. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified. Season to taste with salt.
      3. Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
