Thai Whiskey Smash

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Hot Honey Syrup
  • 2 sprig(s) Thai basil
  • 1 ea. lemon wedge (squeeze and discard)
  • Muddle:
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium bourbon
  • Fill ice cubes

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 13 oz.

Garnish: Thai basil leaves, Smoking cloche, Mini polo mallet, Lemon peel

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass with ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
