
Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Strawberry Rhubarb Purée
- 1 pump(s) Monin Basil Concentrated Flavor
- 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. Champagne vinegar
- 2 dash(es) rhubarb bitters
- Top with:
- 4 oz. club soda
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Basil sprig, Lemon
Instructions
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
- Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.
- Add garnish and serve.
