Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Strawberry Rhubarb Purée
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Vanilla Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL heavy cream
• 4 oz. 120 mL club soda

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Strawberry, Rhubarb

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
