Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Strawberry Purée
• 2 oz. 60 mL grapefruit juice
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 2 sprig(s) rosemary

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Strawberry, Rosemary sprig

Instructions

Place mint leaves and syrup into serving glass and muddle. Add remaining ingredients and fill serving glass ½ full of crushed ice. Stir to frost glass and top off with additional crushed ice. Garnish and serve.
