Springtime Mimosa
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Monin Peach Purée
- 2 oz. orange juice
- 4 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
Glass: Champagne/Flute
Glass Size: 9 oz.
Garnish: Mint sprig, Raspberries, Orange
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
