Southern Julep

Ingredients

  • 10 leaf(ves) mint
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Peach Purée
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Pure Cane Syrup
  • 2 oz. 60 mL bourbon
  • crushed ice
  • splash club soda

Glass: Julep Cup

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Peach

Instructions

  1. Chill serving glass.
  2. Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
  3. Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
  4. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
  5. Add garnish and serve.
