Ingredients

• 2 oz. premium light rum
• 1/2 oz. Monin South Seas Blend
• 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. fresh orange juice
• 1 oz. fresh pressed pineapple juice
• 1 dash(es) bitters

Glass: Specialty

Glass Size: 17 oz.

Garnish: Lime slice, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

1. Fill serving glass 1/2 full of crushed ice and add ingredients in the order listed.
2. Stir to frost glass and top off with additional crushed ice.
3. Add garnish, straw, and serve.
