Ingredients
- 2 pump(s) Monin Cucumber Concentrated Flavor
- 1 oz. Monin Lavender Lemon Syrup
- 1 oz. pasteurized egg white
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz. premium dry gin
- Top with:
- 2 sparkling rosé wine
Glass: Champagne/Flute
Glass Size: 8 oz.
Garnish: Flowers/herbs, Lemon twist, Cucumber slice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.
- Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
