Snow of Lemon & Mezcal
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. mezcal
- 1 oz. Monin Lemon Syrup
- 1 oz. Monin Yuzu Purée
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
Glass: Specialty
Glass Size: 10 oz.
Garnish: Lemon peel, Mint leaves
Instructions
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into blender cup in order listed.
- Add ice from serving glass, cap, and blend until smooth.
- Pour back into serving glass, add garnish and serve.
