Ingredients

• 5 ea. sage leaves
• Muddle:
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Winter Citrus Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Honey Organic Sweetener
• 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice
• Top with:
• 3 oz. 90 mL tonic water

Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Blood orange, Sage

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass full of ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into serving glass over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
