Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 4 oz. strong cold brew coffee
- Top with:
- 1/2 oz. Monin Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 2 oz. heavy cream
Glass: Tall/Pint
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed, except for cold foam ingredients.
- Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.
- Use blender or frother to mix the cold foam ingredients or combine in shaker cup and dry shake vigorously until mixture is frothy.
- Top beverage with cold foam, garnish and serve.
