Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium gin
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Pineberry Syrup
• Top sparkling rosé wine

Glass: Any/Multiple

Glass Size: 7 oz.

Garnish: Lemon wheel, Strawberry

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass with ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
