Pineapple Sage Brush

Ingredients

  • 3 chunk(s) pineapple
  • 3 leaf(ves) sage leaves
  • 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Pineapple Syrup
  • 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Champagne vinegar
  • 3 oz. 90 mL club soda

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Sage sprig, Pineapple slice

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass full of ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into serving glass over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
