Pineapple Sage Brush

Ingredients

  • 3 chunk(s) pineapple
  • 3 leaf(ves) sage leaves
  • 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Pineapple Syrup
  • 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Champagne vinegar
  • 3 oz. 90 mL club soda

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Sage sprig, Pineapple slice

Instructions

  1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
  2. Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
  3. Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
  4. Cap, and shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
  5. Add garnish and serve.
