Pineapple Sage Brush
Ingredients
- 3 chunk(s) pineapple
- 3 leaf(ves) sage leaves
- 1 oz. Monin Pineapple Syrup
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. Champagne vinegar
- 3 oz. club soda
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Sage sprig, Pineapple slice
Instructions
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
- Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Cap, and shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
- Add garnish and serve.
