Peppermint Chip Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1-pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Monin Peppermint Syrup
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt

Glass Size: 1 quart.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl (except for the chocolate chips) and whisk until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturers directions.
- When the ice cream begins to thicken, slowly add the chocolate chips while the ice cream is still churning.
- Once finished, transfer to another container and store in the freezer for at least 2 hours or preferably over night.
- Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container in the freezer.
