Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. Monin Peach Purée
• 1/2 oz. liqueur
• 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
• Fill with sparkling white wine

Instructions

1. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
2. Stir gently to mix.
3. Add garnish and serve.
