• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium dry gin
• 2 pump(s) Raspberry Concentrated Flavor
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Hibiscus Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL pasteurized egg white
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
