Ingredients
- 1 pump(s) Monin Pineapple Concentrated Flavor
- 1 oz. Monin Mojito Mix
- 1/2 oz. mezcal
- 1 1/2 oz. coconut rum
- 2 club soda
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 12 oz.
Garnish: Edible flower(s), Tiki umbrella or straw
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
