Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL coconut rum
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
  • 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
  • 2 dash(es) allspice liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL dark rum floater

Glass: Tiki Mug/Glass

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Cherry, Pineapple frond

Instructions

  1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
  2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
  3. Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
  4. Add garnish and serve.
