Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Irish Cream Syrup
• 4 oz. 120 mL coffee
• Top with:
• 2 oz. 60 mL heavy whipping cream

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Instructions

Combine ingredients, except cream, in the serving cup. Stir and set aside. Pour heavy whipping cream into a pitcher and vigorously whisk it until light and fluffy. Float the whipped cream on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon. Garnish with green sugar sprinkled over a shamrock stencil.
