• 1 oz. 30 mL dry vermouth
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL pickle brine
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup
• Top with:
• 2 oz. 60 mL champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
