In a Pickle
Ingredients
- 1 oz. dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz. pickle brine
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup
- Top with:
- 2 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
Glass: Glass
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Instructions
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
- Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
- Add garnish and serve.
