Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL bourbon
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL amaretto liqueur
• 1/10 oz. 3 mL Monin Ginger Concentrated Flavor
• 2 oz. 60 mL fresh lemon sour mix
• ice
• splash club soda

Glass: Double Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Candied ginger, Lemon peel, Luxardo cherry

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
2. Cap and shake vigorously.
3. Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.
4. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
