Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Coconut Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Blue Curacao Syrup
• 2 oz. 60 mL pineapple juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL cream
• 2 oz. 60 mL soda

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple leaves

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
