Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Caffe Espresso Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL PX Sherry
  • 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Dark Chocolate Syrup
  • 3 dash(es) orange bitters

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: White chocolate heavy cream floater, Stamped white fondant

Instructions

  1. Chill serving glass.
  2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
  3. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
  4. Add garnish and serve.
