Ingredients

• 8 mint leaves
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Exotic Citrus Syrup
• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL light rum
• ice
• 2 oz. 60 mL sparkling water

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Lime

Instructions

Muddle fruit/herbs and Monin product(s) in shaker. Add remaining ingredients except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
