Dragon Fruit Collins
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 3/4 oz. Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- Top with:
- 3 oz. club soda
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Lemon wheel, Dragon fruit
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
