Cupcake Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter - softened
  • 1/4 cup Monin Cupcake Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

      1. In mixing bowl, beat the powdered sugar and butter together using an electric mixer on medium-low speed.
      2. Once combined, beat in the cupcake syrup and milk until well incorporated.
      3. Gradually beat in just enough remaining milk to make frosting smooth and spreadable. If frosting is too thick, beat in more milk, a few drops at a time. If frosting becomes too thin, beat in a small amount of powdered sugar.
