Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Black Sugar Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
• 2 oz. 60 mL half & half
• 2 tbsp. tapioca bobas
• 4 oz. 120 mL club soda

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Cinnamon stick, Powdered sugar

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
