Ingredients

• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Winter Citrus Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL egg white

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 6 oz.

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
