Cinnamon Bun Spread
Ingredients
- 2 cups Monin Cinnamon Bun Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Glass Size: 1 cup.
Instructions
- In a saucepan on medium-low heat, bring the syrup and vinegar up to a boil and cook until the mixture reaches 234°F.
- Once the mixture reaches its target temperature, pour the mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer with a wire whisk attachment and mix until it becomes thick and creamy.
- Allow mixture to cool then serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container at room temperature.
