Chocolate Coffee Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 3 cups white sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup Monin Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt

Glass Size: 1 cup.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease a large bread pan with cooking spray.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer equipped with a paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs in one at a time and then add the buttermilk and concentrate.
- Combine all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl then slowly add them to the wet ingredients until just incorporated.
- Add the batter to the greased baking dish and place in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Serve immediately or tightly wrap in plastic wrap once cooled and store at room temperature.
