
Cherry Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup aged balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup Monin Cherry Syrup

Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat combine the sugar, vinegar, and water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes to reduce.
- Remove pan from burner and cool at room temperature, about 90 minutes.
- Whisk in the syrup until desired consistency is reached.
- Use immediately or cover tightly and store in refrigerator.
*If refrigerating, allow the glaze to return to room temperature before using.
