Ingredients

• ice
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Cherry Syrup
• 1 3/4 oz. 52 1/2 mL amaretto liqueur
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL lemon juice
• 1 pasteurized egg white

Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Cherries, Lemon

Instructions

Pour ingredients into mixing tin in order listed. Cap and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
