Chai Rice Pudding

Glass Size: 1 quart.

Instructions

      1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the rice into a casserole dish and spread out until the bottom is completely covered.
      2. Combine the remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until fully incorporated.
      3. Pour the milk mixture into the casserole dish and bake the pudding for 45-50 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
      4. Serve immediately with a scoop of ice cream or store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
