Campechano Mezcal
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. mezcal
- 1 oz. Monin Hickory Smoke Syrup
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 5 dash(es) Worcestershire sauce
- 5 dash(es) hot sauce
- 8 oz. tomato clam cocktail
Glass: Any/Multiple
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Olive, Celery, Cucumber slice
Instructions
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into mixing tin in order listed.
- Add ice from serving glass.
- Cap, shake and pour back into serving glass.
- Add garnish and serve.
