Blueberry Nectar
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. bitter/herbal aperitif
- 1/2 oz. Monin Honey Organic Sweetener
- 2 pump(s) Monin Blueberry Concentrated Flavor
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 2 dash(es) bitters
- 3 oz. sparkling rosé wine
Glass: Specialty
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Garnish: Blueberries, Rosemary sprig
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
