Blood Orange Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. finely diced red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Monin Blood Orange Purée
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Instructions

      1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and stir gently until thoroughly combined.
      2. Place into a container with plastic wrap pressed tightly onto the surface, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
