Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Blue Curacao Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Apple Syrup
• 2 oz. 60 mL dry gin
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL pineapple juice
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL lime
• splash soda

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple frond, Apple slice, Pineapple

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
