Banana Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • divided 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup Monin® Monin Banana Purée 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup (4 ounces) cream cheese
  • softened 1 (9 - inch) prepared chocolate pie crust

Instructions

      In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the heavy cream and 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and whip on high speed until it reaches a soft peak. Set aside in the refrigerator In a separate mixing bowl combine the banana purée, peanut butter, cream cheese and remaining cup powdered sugar and beat together until well combined and smooth Mix 1/3 of the prepared whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Once incorporated, gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the mixture, taking care not to overmix and deflate it Once all the whipped cream is well incorporated, pour the filling into the prepared pie crust Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
