• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Chai Tea Concentrate
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Iced Coffee Concentrate
• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL whiskey
• 4 oz. 120 mL milk
• ice
