White Chocolate Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Monin White Chocolate Sauce

Glass Size: 1 quart.
Instructions
- Combine the heavy cream and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and turn on medium speed.
- Once the cream thickens and begins to stand up, slowly drizzle in the sauce until fully incorporated.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until use.
