
Strawberry Compote
Ingredients
- 2 cups Strawberries (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Monin Monin Strawberry Purée

Instructions
- Place half of berries with the sugar and water into a saucepan.
- Cook over medium high heat for about 10 minutes until the liquid is evaporated.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the Monin Strawberry Puree.
- Simmer for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in remaining cup of strawberries.
- Serve warm.
