Spiced Pumpkin Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 2 scoop(s) vanilla ice cream
  • 2 oz. 60 mL milk
  • 2 cinnamon cookies, crushed
  • 1 oz. 30 mL Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 oz. 30 mL spiced rum
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL Monin Pumpkin Pie Syrup
  • 1 cup(s) ice

Glass: Any/Multiple

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Cookies, Graham cracker rimmer or crumbs

Instructions

Pour ingredients into blender cup in order listed. Fill serving glass with ice and add that ice into blender cup. Cap and blend until smooth. Pour back into serving glass, garnish, and serve.
