Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL mezcal
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL sweet vermouth
• 1 oz. 30 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Strawberry Syrup

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Orange peel, Strawberry slices

Instructions

Pour ingredients into mixing glass with ice in order listed. Stir vigorously to chill and strain into an ice-filled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
