Ingredients

• 2 wedge(s) grilled pineapple slice(s)
• 8 leaf(ves) mint leaves
• 1 pump(s) Ginger Concentrated Flavor
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Hickory Smoke Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL light rum
• Top club soda

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Lime

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass full of ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into serving glass over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
