• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Honey Syrup
• 1 pump(s) Ginger Concentrated Flavor
• 2 oz. 60 mL fresh lemon sour mix
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL pineapple juice
• Fill with club soda

Garnish: Lemon wheel, Mint sprig, Candied ginger

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
