- 8 oz. lemonade
- 2 oz. Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
- 4 oz. pasteurized egg white
- 2 ea. NO2 charges
Glass: Glass
Glass Size: 1 oz.
Garnish: No garnish needed
Instructions
- Pour ingredients into suitable mixing container in order listed.
- Whisk well to mix.
- Portion into appropriate storage container(s).
- Cover, label, day dot, and store refrigerated.
